EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

As part of a front line support team I was responsible for solving and
co-ordinating PC, Mainframe and Network problems. This involved
communicating with users at all levels from computer illiterate to

and technical understanding of the product enabled me to specialise in
business critical problems. I was regularly responsible for manning a
24 hour support line.

often responsible for telephone support and on-site assistance.
Programmer | IBM UK Ltd | Jul 90 - Sep 91 |
I was part of a team
which maintained and developed IBM manufacturing systems using PL/1
