The Pink Panther 2 (2009)

Insp. Jacques Clouseau teams up with a squad of International detectives who are just as bumbling as he is. Their mission is to stop a globe-trotting thief who specializes in stealing historical artifacts.

At 13:42, playing Inspector Clouseau, Steve Martin bribes the Maître d' of an expensive restaurant so that he could select his own wine from a large wine rack. He chooses 3 bottles but one nearly falls, and when he recovers it, he bumps the rack, which starts to tilt, dropping bottles one at a time. Martin catches each of the bottles, tossing them out to waiters and other customers, and soon bottles are flying through the air being "juggled" by many people. This soon leads to the entire restaurant burning down.
