At 02:28, the third act begins, titled
"Adolph the Juggler on Powder Kegs".
In it, Adolph Hitler juggles 2 through 7 burning torches on a pile
of powder filled barrels, representing the European countries he has
occupied. When he accidentally drops one of the torches, the barrels
explode.
