Born to Kill? (2013)

Season 5, Episode 5, Thor Christiansen, aired October 22, 2013. In the late 1970s, female co-eds began to disappear from the college town of Isla Vista, knowing nothing of Thor Christiansen, a blond local boy and his descent into darkness in broad daylight. One of Christiansen's victims was Patty Laney, an amateur juggler and a student at the University of California-Santa Barbara in Isla Vista, who was killed January 18, 1977. Just 10 weeks later, local jugglers created the first Isla Vista Jugglers Festival in Patty's memory, and have continued to do so every year since.
