This computer animated short film was produced by Information International Inc. as a sample reel for exhibition the Association of Computing Machinery's annual SIGGraph conference in 1981. This was the first motion capture CGI animation, and showcased its storytelling potential and I.I.I.'s innovative polygonal modeling technique. The film led directly to both the company's and producer Richard F. Taylor's involvement in Disney's groundbreaking feature film Tron.
At 00:02, Adam
juggles 3 three dimensional geometric shapes
for 16 seconds. This is seen again at 00:28 for another 5 seconds,
and yet again at 01:31, also for 5 seconds.
At 02:04, Adam does a
back flip and disappears,
except for his hat.
