Details
Back in December 1997 the Manchester University Circus Skills Society aka MUCKS had their end of them party. This was the beginning of the phenomenon known as 'Jugglers Ball' which has since taken the Manchester club scene by storm. Jugglers Ball has outgrown 2 different venues, rocked the National Convention in Durham and created its of unique crowd, style and atmosphere. National interest has been steadily growing and on the 16th December the centrally located, high ceilinged 'Jabez Clegg' club will be transformed into an ultra-violet juggling and glo-ball convention unlike any other night in town, nor like any convention. Because we've got 160 odd members, have reserves from the last Ball and blagged the club on a 'we're a University Society having our end of term ball' tip, the cost will be only £3. It will be from 9pm till 2am and there will be the Beard juggling stuff stall (tbc), 82 feet of UV tube, an 'in the round' show, drummers, bar, all the usual mayhem including a fire show outside on the street after its finished.
