The Whole Earth Festival

Details: This is a free music and crafts festival set on the campus of the University of California, Davis. Wavy Gravy has been the mainstage MC for decades. Think tie-dye and smoothies, drumming and sustainable agriculture, pottery and nutburgers. Three music stages, a dance circle, kids area, gobs of alternative education workshops, over 150 artisans... and plenty of open grass for juggling! The Damento Jugglers are your gracious hosts -- we can arrange crash space if you need it, and we'll have a Saturday night potluck party. Davis is about ten minutes west of I-5 in Sacramento, and about an hour and a half east from San Francisco.
