We are a group of french jugglers who organized for the third time a winter convention It take place nearby Lyon at thoisey (30 km of Lyon). For this edition of "Joke and Jongle" the parade will take place on saturday afternoon with the batucada "Via SAMBA" and the "Justin" troup. We will have a show of the Jerome Thomas juggling dance Cie and the troup of NON NOVA. The show will happen on saturday night. Afterwards an open stage is on program. The saturday evening meal and the big sunday breakfast and the accomodation is included on the price of the convention as well as the show.

Saturday 13 Th. February :

11 o'clock: Opening of the convention on the gymnasium (1000 m²) Juggling, unicycle, acrobatic place, ...
16 o'clock: Big parade with a batucada, a fire show and juggling
19 o'clock: Hot diner included in price
Evening: Open stage
Juggling until the sun wake up ...
Sleeping On a real Bed in a warm place You need your sleeping bag

Sunday 14 Th. February

10 o'clock until 13 o'clock: Big breakfast (included in price)
16 o'clock: 2 shows will be presented (included in price) :
- "Losange" Jerome Thomas troupe
- "Le grain" Non Nova troupe
Until 20 o'clock: Juggling and workshop
End of the convention

Some workshop during all the convention will be proposed as : Acting with 2 clubs, stilt, acrobatics game, Sticks movement,

You may know that :
- The convention is forbidden to dogs,
- Shower will be available on Sunday - Take your towel.
- The price of the convention is 100 F (about 16 Euro) when you book in advance at the following address :

For the last edition of Joke & Jongle we were about 300 jugglers within a few Swiss, German and Swedish guys. This year as the communication is wider I hope we will be more. Nevertheless don't worry for the language juggling is an international way of communication

Here is a map of the area. As you can see there is a TGV railway station in Macon-Loche. You have to take the train from PARIS to MACON-LOCHE. You are about 16 km to the convention.
