Review

Where
Atlanta, Georgia
This years festival will be held, once again, at the now famous Grady High School Girl's Gym. That's Henry Grady HS, 929 Charles Allen Drive, Atlanta, on the corner of 10th Street and Monroe Drive, on the edge of Piedmont Park in Atlanta Georgia.

Cost
Registration is still only $10 for jugglers and free for significant non-juggling others and the public at large.

Details
A limited edition of a commemorative Groundhog tee-shirt will be available if souvenirs are on your mind. We also have AJA sweatshirts and T's, and a limited number of vintage Groundhog shirts and patches from years gone by. Competition for the now famous PHIL awards happens Saturday at 2pm. The customary Public Show happens at 2pm on Sunday. We are strictly limiting our Public Show to 45 minutes this year, so if you'd like to perform, please sign up early on Friday or Saturday at the festival.

We will once again have a party at the Little 5 Points Community Center on Saturday night at 10pm, followed by a Midnight Cabaret in the Horizon Theater in the same building. Any parties interested in performing in or MCing this event, please let us know when you register. There will be an as yet undetermined nominal fee for the party and cabaret. Details will be available at the registration table.

Housing
Very limited space is available at club members houses. You can call ahead or check with the people at registration to get a place to stay. There are quite a few hotels in the area, and this is a very short list of some. There is a very large Sporting Goods Convention in town on the 2nd and 3rd, so you might want to get reservations as early as possible.

Transportation
MARTA is still the cheapest and most colorful way to get around town. For only $1.50 you can catch a train from the airport, but don't forget a bus transfer. Take the train to the North Avenue Station and catch bus #27 MONROE. It will bring you right to Grady High School. Call 404-848-4711 until 10pm Friday or 4pm on Saturday or Sunday for MARTA information.

You can't hail a CAB in this town, you must call for a pickup. Rapid Taxi at 404-222-9888 runs 24 hours a day. Caution: If you catch a cab from the airport, it will cost you $18.00, flat rate, per person.

Vendors
We welcome any and all vendors to our festival. Please be advised that if you sell anything at our festival, we collect 10% of your total sales at the end of the day on Sunday to help defray our costs.

Directions
Take Interstate 75/85 to the 10th Street Exit. This is a couple of miles north of Downtown Atlanta. If you come into Atlanta on I-20 you will need to go North on I-75/85 a few miles to get to this exit. Go East on 10th Street, away from Georgia Tech to just before 10th Street ends at Monroe. The Gym will by on your right just before you reach a football stadium on your right. Piedmont Park is across 10th Street on your left. Look for the AJA Signs, and park between the gym and the football stadium.
