	The Virginia Technical Jugglers presents the second Leap Day 
Juggling Festival. Activities will be in War Memorial Gym on the VIP campus 
from 10-10 on Saturday and 10-6 on Sunday. Competitions include five ball 
endurance, club passing, Simon Sez, and the Crazy Juggle (bring the three
