There will be workshops, demonstrations, games, ephemera, a public show, beginning juggling instruction, an of course lots of open juggling. The festival is hosted by the "No Problem, Easy Pickup" Portland Jugglers, an affiliate of the International Jugglers Association (IJA). The festival will run from Friday evening through Sunday late afternoon, with the public show on Saturday evening, April 11th, 1992. There will be a modest registration fee for the festival and admission for the public show. Accomodations for out of town guests may be available in host members' homes, or nearby hotels and motels. Contact the festival director, Stuart Celarier for details. Reed College is in a residential neighborhood in southeast Portland, and its Sports Center features two fine gymnasiums and a nice lawn and track just steps away. The public show will be presented in the Commons building. Related activities welcome! Ball spinning, plate spinning, rope spinning, diablo, devil sticks, stilt walking, hat manipulations, club swinging, unicycles, yoyos, rola bolas, spinning tops, tight rope and slack rope walking, hacky sack, freestyle frisbee, contact juggling, sword swallowing, acrobatics, equilibristics, et cetera, ad infinitum.
