    MIDWEST JUGGLING ARTS FESTIVAL   ANN ARBOR MICHIGAN   FEB 21-23

    ...a few days ago I posted a message asking for info on the
    Midwest Juggling Festival... well the next day I got a brochure
    in the mail... and today I talked to Dave Lewis, one of the
    organizers who's given me the ok to post the following.
    So the following is quoted and paraphrased from the brochure.
    The directions are mine... but the organizers have a map in
    the brochure. I also take responsiblity for the humour...
    that's humour not humor.

    "Once again we will be hosting a weekend of parties,raffles and
    of course raw juggling excitement. So mark your calendars and
    pre-register for:

          EVENTS, LOCATIONS & TIMES

    Friday Feb 21 3:00p.m.- midnight:  Michigan Union - Ballroom
    Open Juggling, Book Raffle -10:30 p.m.  Registration
    The Michigan Union is on State St.  It's the student
    activity complex at the University of Michigan. Downtown
    Ann Arbor is very complicated with many one way streets.
    The best way to the Michigan Union is exit  I-94 at exit
    177 and take  State St. North.  The Union is a few miles
    north in Downtown Ann Arbor and will be on
    your left past South University St.

    Saturday Feb 22 11am-6:30pm : Chippewa Racket Club
    Registration - Open Juggling on Tennis Courts -
    Juggling Workshops 1-4:00pm. Prop Raffle 5pm. The following
    directions come from reading the map. From I-94 exit 180
    take US 23 North (the sign will say Flint; if it says
    Toledo you'll visit the Mudhens but be going the wrong way)
    Exit US 23 North at exit 37 and take Washtenaw East (on your
    right).  At Golfside Drive make a left.  The Racket Club
    is back from the street (on your right) 2525 Golfside Drive.
    ...note fire props,machetes,heavyweight props and black unicycle
    tires not allowed on tennis courts...for combat bring your own
    soft clubs...street shoes not allowed on tennis courts...you
    must wear tennis shoes.

    Saturday feb 22 8:00-1:00a.m. Hidden Valley Clubhouse
    Jugglers Party videos,food,beer,wine,pop,munchies
    Off State S. north of Eisenhower Pkwy at the Hidden Valley
    Apt. complex.

    Sunday feb 23 11-4pm Hidden Valley Clubhouse
    Jugglers Brunch  Videos

                 WHAT DOES IT COST, ETC.

    Regular registration $15 if received by Feb 18th
    At the door $20. Students receive a $3 discount,seniors a
    $10 discount and octogenarians are our guests.
